WAGERING TERMS VARY BY BONUS

We don't publish a single wagering rate for every bonus. Each promotion carries its own requirement, shown in your account the moment you claim it. Check the current terms on the relevant promotion page before you play.
 

WHICH GAMES COUNT TOWARDS WAGERING

By default, slot bets count 100% towards wagering. That's the standard rate. Some game categories count at a lower rate, and some don't count at all. You can see exactly which games apply, and at what rate, in your account's current bonus terms. Check that list before you play with a bonus balance.
 

NO PAUSING MID-BONUS PLAY

One rule applies while you play with a bonus balance: a spin you've started can't be paused midway, and neither can a hand. You need to complete the round you've begun. This rule applies to every player in the same way.
 

IF A BONUS EXPIRES OR IS CANCELLED

A bonus can be cancelled under certain conditions before its term ends. The same outcome applies if the term expires before wagering is complete. In either case, any related winnings are voided and removed along with the bonus. That's why keeping track of your wagering deadline works in your favour.

BONUS BALANCE VS. REAL BALANCE

We keep your bonus balance separate from your real balance, and you can see both in your account. The bonus balance can't be withdrawn until its wagering requirement is complete. Your real balance, on the other hand, can be withdrawn any time once verification is done. This split makes it clear which funds are subject to which rule.
